At Nikura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty and wellness purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
